PUBLIC ACCOUNTING CONTRACT

Count the signal.
Leave the work private.

AIByCity turns provider telemetry or locally recorded numeric usage counters into a voluntary, client-reported civic activity sample. The method favors bounded counters over inferred behavior and does not claim provider attestation.

01

Observe locally

The helper reads only Codex numeric token-count events. It can start immediately from the local counter stream or receive documented telemetry; the selected city is attached when the observation occurs.

02

Filter strictly

Only provider, surface, model, time, numeric counters, event key, provenance and adapter versions are accepted.

03

Account once

At-least-once delivery tolerates retries and lost acknowledgements. Exactly-once accounting prevents the same device event or batch from moving a score twice.

INTERPRETATION

A tracked activity index, not a census.

Rankings represent bounded, client-reported activity from voluntary connected contributors. They are not independently provider-attested and do not estimate untracked usage, workforce size, productivity or economic output. A city change affects new events only; historical observations never move.
